The City of Austin is reaching out to non-profit groups to help them get a better handle on the Internet.  In this week’s “Changing Austin” segment, KUT’s Ian Crawford talks to Chip Rosenthal of the city’s Community  Technology and Telecommunications Commission and Sheena Harden, Communications and Outreach Director for Austin Free-Net about the “Austin Connects” Symposium, scheduled for March 1 at AMD’s Lone Star Campus on Southwest Parkway.
