The E-Slate machines are ready. The locations are picked out. It’s almost time to start voicing your choice for the November 2 general election.

Next Monday’s start of the early voting cycle also represents the beginning of the end of the campaign season. While candidate ads and appearances will go right up to Election Day, the window to woo voters is closing. KUT’s Ian Crawford and Jason Embry of the Austin American-Statesman discuss what the early voting period means for candidates and campaign operatives.
