Diana Kennedy is an authority on Mexican regional cuisines, and she shares her story on Growing Concerns.

Ms. Kennedy moved to Mexico in 1957, and learned about regional Mexican cooking from the elder women of the towns in which she lived and visited.

She took what she learned and has been writing cookbook and teaching classes on the subject for more than 50 years.
