The Arthouse at the Jones Center has been closed recently, while undergoing significant renovations. The historic art space is scheduled to reopen this Sunday, with a free, all-day reopening celebration.

To mark the event, they’ve brought in artist Jason Middlebrook to create a show called More Art About Buildings and Food, which is built from the reclaimed wood and other materials removed during the renovation process. Middlebrook is constructing a banquet hall with the materials, which will be used to host a potluck dinner in November.
