A Garden of Flavors Grows at Fonda San Miguel

Three years ago the restaurant’s owner planted a vegetable and herb garden, featuring hard-to-find Mexican herbs and chiles.

These authentic flavors have informed the direction of what comes out of the Fonda San Miguel kitchen.

I speak with owner, Tom Gilliland and Chef de Cuisine, Jeff Martinez.
