Under the artistic direction of Sally Jacques, Austin’s Blue Lapis Light has made a name for themselves with their dramatic site-specific works. The aerial dance company is more likely to perform on or around a building than inside one, and each performance is choreographed specifically for its location. Their new work, One, will be performed at the Long Center – though not, of course, on the stage. They’ll be high in the air, performing on the structure itself.
