Navigating the City of Austin website can be an adventure sometimes.

It’s been over a year, since the City of Austin started the effort to redesign its website.

City officials took public comment on not only how to revamp the look of Austin’s web portal, but also to improve its usability. KUT’s Ian Crawford talked to the city’s Larry Schooler about what that comment included and what comes next for the city website.
