British singer-songwriter Corinne Bailey Rae has released two flawless jazz folk albums, cementing her status as an archetypal neo-soul staple. Her subtle, beautiful debut placed her on many critics best of 2006 lists, while her contemplative sophomore album was just nominated for the coveted Mercury Prize.Grammy Award winner Corinne Bailey Rae plays La Zona Rosa on Saturday, August 14th. She stopped by Studio 1A to perform on Music with Kevin Connor.
