A new “3-C” Campaign from Austin’s Water Utility calls for voluntary conservation across the city.

Jason Hill, spokesperson from the Austin Water Utility, speaks with KUT’s Emily Donahue about the utility’s new campaign to encourage conservation. AWU’s “3 C” Challenge is including a flow chart in water bills to track your usage over 13 months, a calculator on the waterwiseaustin website to see how much you use and asking citizens to pledge to conserve ten percent.
