Comedian Paul F. Tompkins had been on the comedy club circuit for a couple of decades when he stumbled upon a new way to book shows. Now, he’s using facebook and twitter to find towns where 300 fans want him to come and perform, then booking intimate shows in those cities. Austin is next on the agenda for the Tompkins 300 performances—he’s performing two show this Saturday night at the United States Art Authority.
