Owen Egerton's new comic novel isn't exactly a satire.

Local actor, comedian, and author Owen Egerton has just released his new novel The Book of Harold: The Illegitimate Son of God, the story of a computer salesman who becomes the center of a new religion. Though it’s a comic look at a serious subject, Egerton doesn’t consider it to be a true satire. The novel is available now at BookPeople, and is released to bookstores everywhere on May 15.
