SXSW 2010 Artist – Video: Brazos @ Austin Convention Center

Martin Crane and crew have made a name for themselves here in Austin with regular gigs in clubs on the Red River strip. Martin’s band Brazos is one part of the larger Tonewheel Collective of musicians known for their haunting brand of folk music. Their new album Phosphorescent Blues has received lots of local attention and with their solid live shows Brazos is bound to make some waves at this year’s SXSW. Brazos’s official SXSW Showcase is 11p Thursday March 18th at Emo’s Annex on Red River. We had Brazos in our remote studio at the Austin Convention Center for SXSW a couple of years ago. Here is a video of their performance.
