SXSW 2010 Artist – Califone: "Funeral Singers"

Critically acclaimed Chicago band Califone had a busy year in 2009 with an album and a film titled All My Friends Are Funeral Singers.

The band will be in town this week for both the film and music portions of SXSW. They’ll be performing a live soundtrack to the movie this evening at Alamo Drafthouse on S. Lamar at 9:30. They’ll also be performing at Club de Ville on Wednesday at midnight.

Today’s song of the day is from the band’s latest release. It’s called Funeral Singers.
