Austin planners want people to sound off on drawings for revitalizing Waller Creek. Imagine the perennially litter-clogged, often dry, rocky creek to the west of APD headquarters as a pedestrian- friendly, restaurant-rich, retail and entertainment area, akin to the San Antonio River Walk. KUT’s Emily Donahue grills City Engagement Consultant, Larry Schooler, on how the public’s feedback will be used.
