Two years ago, Stephen Mills and Graham Reynolds collaborated on Cult of Color: Call to Color. Now, they’ve joined with Dr. Michelle Schumann to create another original dance work: Truth & Beauty/The Bach Project.

Truth & Beauty/The Bach Project was initially inspired by the painting “Loophole” (Wes Hemphill, 2002), which hangs in Mills’ home. Seeking to evoke similar emotions, he partnered with musicians Reynolds and Schumann to create a ballet that would incorporate original music and classic pieces by J.S. Bach.
