Arts Eclectic: The Cola Sisters’ “Toning for the Tribulations”

The Cola Sisters aim to get you in shape for the end times.

Austin’s own Cola sisters, Arcie and Shasta, are well known for their public access show “Cooking Good.” (also available on youtube ) Now they’re branching out a bit, with the release of their first DVD, “Toning for the Tribulations.” It’s a workout video that aims to get you in shape for the end of times.

Arcie and Shasta Cola will celebrate the dvd release of “Toning for the Tribulations” with a big party next Tuesday night at the United States Art Authority. There will be a screening of the video, along with live music from Adrian and the Sickness, a Cola Sisters look-alike contest, and more.
