Ingrid Michaelson Plays Tonight at the Parish, ACL 2009 Pre- and Afterparty Shows Coming Up
Here’s a heads-up for you, music lovers: As you know, the 2009 Austin City Limits Music Fest is upon us, and KUT’s Austin Music Minute is keeping a finger on the party pulse for all the extra goodies that come with the festival fever. Check in with the Austin Music Minute throughout the week for info on some tasty pre-festival and afterparty shows going down in our fair city – and there will be quite a few to choose from! Meanwhile, we’d like to fill you in on a great gig for tonight: NYC-based indie-folk songwriter Ingrid Michaelson is on tour in support of her latest release, Everybody, and you can catch her show at The Parish, 214 E. 6th St. Greg Holden will open the show. Doors open at 8 p.m.
