Blondie Chaplin: “Don’t Ask Me”
South African musician Blondie Chaplin first became known to international audiences through his brief stint in the early 1970s as a singer and guitarist for The Beach Boys. He is well known in recent years as a long term backing vocalist and acoustic rhythm guitarist for the Rolling Stones. His latest solo effort Between Us is full of well-crafted pop-rock songs, and he gets a little help from Austin’s own Tosca Strings. Today’s song of the day, Don’t Ask Me, is from a recent KUT in-studio performance by Chaplin and the Tosca Stings.
