Interview with Lee Barber

Lee Barber first started playing around Austin in the late 90s with The Barbers. Now he’s set to release a new solo album Thief and Rescue this September. Produced by local producer extraordinaire Brian Beattie the album is at times deeply personal and uses heavy melodies to capture the emotions of the listener while other songs deliver straight forward rock n’ roll. Texas Music Matter’s David Brown talks with Lee about the new album and what inspired the songs.
