The ACL Festival schedule grids are up on their site – pick and choose your favorite bands to create your perfect festival weekend.
Jackson Browne has settled his copyright lawsuit against Senator John McCain and the Republican National Committee over their unauthorized use of Running On Empty in the 2008 presidential campaign. McCain and the RNC issued an apology and a pledge “to respect and uphold the rights of artists and to obtain permissions and/or licenses for copyrighted works where appropriate.”
