The Krayolas Live – June 18, 2009

Hailed as Tex-Mex Beatles when they first hit the scene 30 years ago, San Antonio’s Krayolas have returned and are doing what they do: playing catchy rock ‘n’ roll. In 2008, after a 21 year hiatus, the boys reunited and have released two albums since then. Their latest, Long Leaf Pine (No Smack Gum) finds them in top form, with their garage rock sensibilities and Motown style riffs firmly intact. Catch them live in Studio 1A on Music with Jay Trachtenberg.
