Jason Lytle: “Brand New Sun”

Jason Lytle, the former frontman of California based Grandaddy, stopped by Studio 1A during SXSW to promote his newest album, Yours Truly, The Commuter. The breezy riffs and rocking subtleties make for a perfect summertime album and today’s song of the day is Brand New Sun, a track off the new album, as performed in his Studio 1A session. Definitely a song and album that’s worth checking out… -Meg Murphree
