Few artists have stayed true to the spirit of authentic country giants like Johnny Cash, Buck Owens and Merle Haggard like Dale Watson. In over 25 years, Watson has produced numerous country classics and has been a mainstay of the Austin music scene. Watson’s latest, The Truckin’ Sessions Volume 2 is a tribute to truck-driving men (and even a truckin’ queen). The album’s 14 songs pay homage to those who commandeer a mighty 18-wheeler rig.
