TRCC Reorganization Gets Initial Approval
The Texas House has given initial approval to a bill that reauthorizes a controversial state agency.
The Texas Residential Constriction Commission has been criticized by some lawmakers and consumers groups for doing little to help consumers in disputes with home builders. The May 6, 2009 debate touched on, but did not deliver on much of lawmaker’s rhetoric about the agency.
