The Indigo Girls Live – May 21, 2009

May 21, 2009 9:39 am by: Jay Trachtenberg

Following two decades of major label releases, Athens, GA’s folk-pop duo The Indigo Girls recorded their first independent release in 22 years with this year’s Poseidon and the Bitter Bug, produced by the estimable Mitchell Froom. Singer/songwriter/guitarists Amy Ray and Emily Saliers have established careers of their own over the years, but sound more comfortable together than ever before. Listen to the Indigo Girls live on Music with Jay Trachtenberg!
