Pachanga Music Festival This Saturday at Fiesta Gardens

May 29, 2009 6:00 am by: Laurie Gallardo

The end of Austin Latino Music Month draws to a close, but not without a big finale – and that would be the 2nd Annual Pachanga Music Festival. Twenty artists are on the bill, each representing many different musical genres across the board, but with a common Latino cultural thread weaving throughout.

The festival begins around noon this Saturday at Fiesta Gardens in the heart of East Austin, 2101 Jesse E. Segovia Ave, and features three stages of live performances plus folk art, music and songwriting demonstrations, food and plenty of cool things for the kids to do. Check the festival website for more details, and there’s more in an article provided by the Austinist.
