Get Involved-Spotlight: VinCare Services of Austin
In partnership with Hands On Central Texas, we want to help you Get Involved in the community. The first week of each month, we introduce you to an outstanding Central Texas non-profit that relies on volunteers like you.
This month, we introduce you to VinCare Services of Austin, a local organization serving homeless women with children and homeless youth. Incorporated in September 2000, VinCare operates programming to address the basic needs of these underserved populations.
Through the generosity of the community, VinCare has grown steadily from a volunteer-run project into a professional and innovative organization. VinCare takes a holistic approach to service and opens its doors to clients and supporters from all faiths, backgrounds, and situations.
