Foreclosure Auction Grows Amid Downturn

Homes that belonged to people who couldn't pay their mortgages were auctioned off to the highest bidder Tuesday on the back steps of the Travis County courthouse.

As KUT’s Nathan Bernier reports, it’s a monthly event that is growing in size as the economy slumps.
