The Film Industry Gets Help From State

Texas Governor Rick Perry signed a bill today that will increase incentives to film companies who bring their productions to Texas.

There’s already 20 million dollars available for film incentives, and the new law calls for more. Governor Perry is requesting another 40 million. If appropriated, the money will surely lure productions back to the Lone Star State.
