Runners Say Street Rules Block Races

New stricter rules could be on their way when it comes to street closures in Austin.

Church goers and businesses say races downtown block access to buildings. They want better planning and more communication. Austin runners say they’re willing to work but the new proposed rules could be detrimental to races.
