Q&A: Fred Gilliam

Capital Metro’s President and CEO Fred Gilliam continues to draw fire from all sides. The agency’s commuter rail service has been put on hold several times. Most recently, Cap Metro says, because of safety violations by its labor contractor. Now, the agency’s reserve budget may be down to its last 10-million dollars by the end of summer. For our on air Q&A, KUT�s Mose Buchele asked Fred Gilliam how he responds to those recent comments that he should leave Cap Metro.
