Council Candidate Sheryl Cole’s Record
Early voting is underway for the May 9th Austin Mayor and City Council elections. Sheryl Cole was elected to the Austin City Council in 2006. The first African-American woman to accomplish that. In that time, Council Member Cole has undertaken several projects, chief among them the Waller Creek Restoration Project. KUT’s Erika Aguilar reports on the record Sheryl Cole has amassed at City Hall.
