Controversial Bills as Amendments

The 2009 Texas Legislative session continues to move along at a slow pace...especially in the Texas House.

This session’s bottleneck includes several high profile bills that have yet to come to the floor for a vote. But lawmakers still have a 2nd option to get their bills passed.
