City Council Candidate Sheryl Cole

Early voting has begun for the May 9th City Council and Mayoral Elections. In 2006, Sheryl Cole became the first African-American woman elected to the Austin City Council. Now she’s looking for a second term as Place Six on the City hall dais. As part of our continuing coverage on next month’s Austin city elections – KUT’s Erika Aguilar profiles Sheryl Cole.
