Building Height Caps On Lady Bird Lake

The Austin City Council is expected to vote today on on the Waterfront Overlay Ordinance. This ordinance would put a cap on how tall future buildings along Lady Bird Lake can be. Council member will hear testimony and public comment on the ordinance tonight at 6PM, April 30 at City Hall.

The public hearing will also discuss the Planned Unit Developments (PUD’s) and Planned Development Aggreements that could give some wiggle room for developers.
