What Could New CO2 Regulations Mean in Texas

Texas is the largest emitter of carbon dioxide in the nation, even surpassing many countries when it comes to Carbon Dioxide emissions.

The E.P.A. recently sent a proposal to the White House indicating C02 is a threat to public health. KUT spoke with state lawmakers on what this could mean for Texas.
