Incoming Super Disappoints Saint Paulites

Dr. Meria Carstarphen is the lone finalist to replace outgoing Austin Independent School District Superintendent Pat Forgione.

Some people in Saint Paul, Minnesota are upset Dr. Meria Carstarphen moving on after just three years on the job.
