The seasons changing could bring rain relief to Central Texas but is it enough to kill the drought?

Warmer temperatures, longer days…ahhh, the signs of spring…and since we live in Texas…an early summer.It’s usually a jolly time for recreation in Central Texas. Although with the ongoing drought, any heat right now is anything but fun. On an optimistic note—there are signs of some relief.
