Covering the President: Now vs. Then

Part of what historians will examine, as they pore over records both public and, for the moment, private will be who George W. Bush was.

Karen Tumulty says history may well reflect a different man than that the nation saw in the White House. The native Texan has written about two presidents, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, as a correspondent for TIME magazine.
