Toyota Trims Production Schedule

World's top selling auto maker feels crunch of today's economic crisis.

Toyota plans to cut production at several U.S. assembly plants, including in San Antonio.

The world’s best-selling auto maker will institute shorter work weeks for employees this spring.

The company is also cutting North American executives pay and offering buyouts to some 18,000 employees.
