Texas House Honors Barbara Smith Conrad

The Texas House adopted a special resolution Thursday December 5, 2009 honoring U.T. graduate and world renowned Opera Singer Barbara Smith Conrad.

Conrad played an important role to help diversify the University of Texas in the 1950’s.
