Putting Kids 1st

Hundreds of kids swarmed the Texas Capitol today as part of a lobbying campaign to get lawmakers to "Put Kids First."

The differnet child advocacy groups lobbying the capitol today hope lawmakers will do that when considering legislation this session. KUT reports they hope creating that shift in thinking will benefit a long list of objectives for this session.
