Perry Cautious on Stimulus

He spoke to the National Federation of Independent Business meeting on Feb. 17. Gov. Perry doesn’t want to see Texas stuck with a bill to fund programs in the future, after stimulus money runs out. The governor says he welcomes money for one-time expenses, such as building roads and hurricane reconstruction.
