Molotov Case a Mistrial

A federal judge declared a mistrial in the case of an Austin man caught with Molotov cocktails during the Republican National Convention.

David Guy McKay was temporarily released from a Minneapolis jail February 2 and was allowed to return to Texas. The jury was deadlocked over whether McKay was encouraged to make the bombs by an FBI informant. A new trial is set for March 16.
