How Successful Is The African American Quality Of Life Initiative?

Leaders in Austin's African American community say the city's 2005 Quality of Life Initiative was a step in the right direction.

But that doesn’t mean the city’s job is finished, even though the city released a final report last year that all of the initiatives in the plan were implemented.
