Figuring Out the Stimulus

The bill has been signed and Texas Governor Rick Perry has official asked for money. But there are still many unanswered questions about how, how much and when federal stimulus money will come to Texas.

A meeting at the Texas Capitol only provided more questions…while giving few initial answers.
