ER Doctors: “Don’t Mess With Tort Law”

Emergency doctors say easing medical liability law makes Texas attractive to physicians but critics say a 2003 law is not helping patients.

Doctors clad in white smocks paid a visit to the State Capitol Tuesday to urge lawmakers not to change the medical liability environment in Texas.
