The City's re-tooled spending plan contains some good news for library patrons, but not for the Austin Fire Department.

Austin City Manager Marc Ott announced his final action plan to bridge the city’s budget gap this morning at Austin City Hall. Ott’s re-tooled spending plan contains some good news for library patrons, but not for the Austin Fire Department.
