President Barack Obama called for a “new era of responsibility” in his inaugural address January 20.
On a cold-but-sunny day before hundreds of thousands streteched along the National Mall in Washington, Mr. Obama called responsibility the price and promise of citizenship.
The new President warned that the nation and the world are “in the midst of crisis,” but urged Americans to recognize their duty to themselves, the nation and the world.
