Texans Celebrate Inauguration

It was a night to shine up boots and put on finest duds in the Nation's Capital.

Around 11,000 people gathered January 19 for what has become a Washington tradition: The Texas “Black Tie and Boots” Ball. Here’s an audio postcard from the festivities.
